Locating your service area
With over 58,000 pharmacies in our network, SecureCare (HMO), and SecureChoice (PPO) are offered by The Health Plan. Coverage is provided through a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Benefits, limitations, service areas and premiums are subject to change on January 1 of each year.
The Health Plan has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area.
All network pharmacies may not be listed in the following directories. Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.592.4465 (TTY users: 1.800.716.3231), 24 hours a day/7 days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas for additional information.
If you would like a Pharmacy Directory mailed to you, you may request one by calling, Member Services at 1.877.847.7907 (TTY users should call 711), hours of Operation are October 1 through March 31: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week and April 1 through September 30: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or email, email@example.com.

The pharmacy network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. The most current up to date information about SecureCare (HMO), SecureCare SNP (HMO SNP), SecureCare Capitol Plan (HMO), SecureChoice (PPO), SecureChoice Capitol Plan (PPO) or network pharmacies in your service area can be found using the links below. In general, beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefits, except in non-routine circumstances, and quantity limitations and restrictions may apply.
When can you use a pharmacy that is not in the plan’s network?
We have network pharmacies outside of our service area where you can get your prescriptions filled as a member of our plan. Generally, we cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy only when you are not able to use a network pharmacy. Here are the circumstances when we would cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy: in limited, non-routine circumstances when a network pharmacy is not available. In these situations, please check first with Member Services to see if there is a network pharmacy nearby.
